Step into the heart of the Hillside
Harvest family orchard for a three-course luncheon that celebrates the flavours of locally grown produce paired with exceptional
local wines. Each course invites you to experience the connection between the tree and
the table
Your journey begins with a guided tour with
our 4th-generation orchardist. Along the way you will be escorted to the ripest
fruit and embark on a unique foraging journey, gathering the ingredients to be
used later. Overlooking the dam and Mt Canobolas is our first stop, to graze on
a local charcuterie board matched with a glass of sparkling wine and discussion
with vigneron James Sweetapple from Cargo Road Wines.
Next, we continue our “walk and talk” through
the Orchard to your lunch destination at a long table nestled within the Apple
trees. Time to sit and relax while your food is prepared by local chef Susan
Maitland and perfectly paired with Orange Mountain Estate Wines.
Finish with a fresh seasonal dessert from the
foraged fruits and a dessert wine presented by vigneron Terry Dolle from Orange
Mountain Estate.
